Status quo 

 

  • We analyze your current body status and take your initial values: We measure with the body measuring tape because your body composition will change: fat is lighter than muscle!    

  • We focus on your habits of eating, we find your biggest factors to change and “sticking points”
     

Goal setting and strategy
 

  • We work with you to develop a strategy towards your goal. This is important: You will have a goal!

 

Training Part

 

You will train intensively and according to your targeted plan.

Since you have a fixed appointment with us, there are no more lazy excuses :)

 

Your trainer coaches you - we will accompany you to your goal tracking babysteps and big goals so you stick with your plan.
